Quotations and scope

We discuss your requirements before offering a written quotation. It describes agreed deliverables, pricing, timing, responsibilities, and any exclusions. Quotations are not an obligation to buy. No work begins until the terms are mutually accepted.

Pricing and payment

This website does not accept payments, sell fixed-price packages, or create subscriptions. All fees, applicable taxes, payment dates, and any deposit are specified in your individual written agreement. There are no automatic recurring charges created through this website.

Availability and changes

Schedules depend on availability and timely provision of agreed information. Additional or changed work requires written approval of any effect on pricing and timing. We do not guarantee a particular financial, growth, marketing, or other third-party result.

Before work begins

You may decline a quotation without a service charge before accepting an agreement. If you have accepted but work has not begun, contact Adrian promptly. Any deposit handling and cancellation terms must have been stated in the written agreement, subject to applicable law.

After work begins

To cancel or pause agreed work, email [email protected]. Charges for completed work and any refund for unperformed work are determined by the written agreement and applicable law. We do not impose an undisclosed website cancellation fee.

Concerns about deliverables

If an agreed deliverable appears incomplete or inconsistent with the written scope, contact Adrian with details. We review the concern against the agreement and discuss an appropriate next step, which may include correction of in-scope work. No universal refund promise or correction deadline is made on this website.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, relevant materials that you have permission to share, review drafts when requested, and make your own business decisions. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive records. The services do not replace licensed legal, accounting, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
