Where do you ship?

We currently ship refrigerated and ambient orders to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or internationally.

How long does delivery take?

Local Beaver County deliveries arrive within 24 hours of order confirmation. Nationwide orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your region.

Is everything you sell really organic?

Yes. Every product in our catalog is certified by the USDA National Organic Program or, for newer farms, in the final stages of certification with documentation we can share on request.

What if something arrives damaged or spoiled?

Email a photo to [email protected] within 48 hours and we will refund or replace the item — no need to return it. See our full Returns policy for details.

Do you offer wholesale or restaurant accounts?

Yes. We work with independent restaurants, cafés and small grocers across western Pennsylvania and Ohio. Use the wholesale inquiry form on our Contact page to start a conversation.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can edit or cancel any order before it enters fulfillment by emailing or calling us. Once an order is packed, we can no longer make changes but we will accept returns according to our policy.

How do you keep things cold during shipping?

We use wool insulation (a renewable byproduct from a Pennsylvania textile mill) and food-grade gel packs. All packaging is recyclable or compostable through municipal programs.

Do you have a physical store?

Our headquarters and pickup window are at 63 Bock Ln # A, Baden, PA 15005. Local customers can place an online order and select 'in-store pickup' at checkout.
